Yet another fun thing about job hunting is getting beat about the face with the new era of the bullshit corporate diversity agenda regarding gender equality. Instead of changing something that the guys at the top don't want changed, including the guy that owns the joint, I've got to listen to all the tits chat and chit about how important it isn't, like I have any control over anyone's hiring or pay rate, and try to act like I give two shits, so I don't endure even more girl power dribble. I don't care to hire people for C-level jobs just because they have a c-word. What do women bring to the table that's better? Nothing. Fact: As long as women bear children, they will continue to be paid less and not make it as high up the corporate ladder because they physically can't be there working through the birthing, nursing, raising of the children. Answer: Have longer paternity leave than maternity leave if it's that important to have a bunch of chicks at the top. I personally hate working with women. I can handle one, me. That's enough. Why would men give up their own perks and MONEY in exchange for all the drama and pettiness of a gaggle of girls they'll just end up having to mediate, separate, and talk down from the roof all day, every day for the rest of their careers? Screw gender diversity. Work hard, ladies. Earn it. If you are paid less for the same job, SUE. If the man holding the deed doesn't care, take the hint and hit the road and quit dragging us all along for your sermons about how we need MORE of you bitching about how much MORE you're owed of what you only continue to prove you don't deserve just because you lack a "y" chromosome! Two Xs mark the spots where the door should have hit you on the way in. Unless you work in a gynecologist office, your gender means nothing to my job, my work, this business.
